Small-bore turbine flow meters play a key role in OEM modular skid integration, analytical and laboratory liquid flow measurement, pilot-plant batch-reactor feed, and fuel-cell or electrolyser test-bench coolant loops. The LWGY covers Line sizes 1/8″ to 1/2″ (DN4 to DN15) with a compact integrated transmitter for direct skid-frame mounting. The 304 stainless body is standard; 316L upgrade for analytical chemistry; ceramic bearing for high-purity service.

Typical applications
Four small-bore applications for compact OEM and lab measurement.
OEM modular skid integration
Water-treatment dosing, fuel-blending, lube-additive, sample-conditioning skids at DN4–DN10. Transmitter mounts on skid frame; V-code battery for commissioning.
Analytical and laboratory liquid flow measurement
Labs and USP utility loops on chromatography eluate, USP DI water, dilution feeds. 316L + ceramic bearing for high-purity service; compact transmitter mounts on bench.
Pilot-plant batch-reactor feed measurement
Pilot/R&D reactors on solvent feed, reagent dosing, recovered-solvent return. DN6–DN15 covers 0.06–8 m³/h; ±0.5% of rate across the range.
Fuel-cell and electrolyser test-bench coolant
Fuel-cell stack and PEM electrolyser test benches on coolant water/glycol for stack-cooling under transient cycling. Compact integrated mount; high-frequency pulse captures throttle steps.
