MEMS-chip gas mass flow on DN8–DN25 micro-bore lines. Integrated heater + thermopile on one silicon die; direct mass flow, no T/P compensation. 0.05 Nm/s floor (4× more sensitive than CTD inline) suits micro-leak detection, lab carrier gas, and OEM skids.
Eight standard curves (air/N₂/O₂/Ar/He/CH₄/CO₂/H₂); mixtures ship with custom curves. Up to five gas profiles selectable; 4-20 mA, RS485 Modbus RTU, HART, pulse, 1-2 NO/NC. Lead time 5–7 business days.

Flow range by line size
Air reference at standard conditions. For other gases, the factory calibration table applies a gas-specific conversion factor; N₂ ≈ 1.00, O₂ ≈ 0.99, Ar ≈ 1.40, He ≈ 1.45, CH₄ ≈ 0.72, CO₂ ≈ 0.74, H₂ ≈ 1.01 typical, finalized at order time.

100 : 1 turndown applies to each DN size; minimum flow is approximately 1 % of full-scale velocity. Submit your target flow rate plus gas type at quote stage so the engineering team confirms the correct DN and calibration curve.
Installation rules.
Five rules keep the chip accurate and protected.
- Verify pipe-fill; 100 % gas; liquid carryover corrupts the reading. KO-pot upstream on condensate-prone lines.
- 10D upstream / 5D downstream; single elbow at distance OK; double-elbow in different planes doubles the upstream stretch.
- Align flow arrow; single-direction calibrated; reverse-flow needs two meters or a separate type.
- Upstream 5 µm filter on dusty/oil-mist lines; oil-mist on the chip face is the main failure mode; coalescing filter on lubricated compressors.
- Torque on body flat; chip is robust to gas but fragile to impact; never torque through or strike the housing.
