Configure your build.
Build a quotable model code from transducer code, channel count, output, BTU pairing, and accessory selection. Send the configured code with your typical pipe size range, medium temperature, and field-service context; the engineering team replies with a sized quote within one business day.
Your configuration
Transducer codes; twelve clamp-on options
Standard clamp-on covers -30 to +90 deg C medium temperature; -HT suffix versions extend to -30 to +160 deg C for high-temperature service (boiler condensate, district-heat primary, RTO scrubber circulation). Bracket-mount HS / HM / EB-1 improves coupling stability on coated, scaled, or irregular host-pipe surfaces.

Applications
HVAC plant commissioning + warranty verification
Validate inline meter accuracy at commissioning, spot-check chiller primary loop, and witness warranty tests. Site report on the day.
Energy audit + ISO 50001 EnMS walks
Monthly audit of HVAC primary, district-heat substation BTU, and boiler-house energy mapping. CT-1 + PT100 returns BTU calorimetry without permanent install.
Contractor field service + diagnostic visits
Carry into customer sites for a quick flow check without breaking insulation. 20-hour battery covers a full service-call day.
Industrial flow audit + cooling-tower verification
Audit walks across cooling-tower makeup, condenser-water primary, and DI/RO water (sub-EMF conductivity). HT versions handle boiler condensate to +160 °C.

Field-service procedure
- Identify the longest straight pipe run. 10D upstream, 5D downstream, 30D after a pump or valve.
- Verify the pipe is 100 % liquid-filled. Air pockets falsify the transit-time signal; the SD log flags low signal quality.
- Apply coupling gel after wiping paint, rust, scale, and insulation from the transducer footprint. Secure with stainless straps. For coated pipes, switch to HS / HM / EB-1 bracket-mount.
- Run a battery check before each visit. LCD shows state-of-charge; carry a spare pack on multi-day campaigns. Dock recharges overnight from any mains outlet.
- Pull the SD card after the visit. The 2 GB card holds ~30 days of 1-second logging; import records into Excel or pandas.
